powered-by="xiumi.us"><p>6月初，南部法院收到协执线索，刘某在限制消费期间于2023年1月15日乘坐飞机从三亚机场到成都双流机场。执行干警立即行动，经调查核实情况属实后，第一时间传唤违反限高令乘机人刘某到院接受调查。询问过程中，起初被执行人不以为意，试图以“不知道、记不到”蒙混过关，执行干警拿出刘某用自己身份证件所购买的机票航班信息，再次向其释明其行为已违反限制消费令，如不悔改将受到法律严惩。</p></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><p>“这件事情我确实违反了限高令，当时没想那么多，做出了违法行为，我现在很后悔，我保证以后不会再犯。”在强大法律威严的震慑下，刘某对其违反限制消费令的行为供认不讳，并主动交代通过“黄牛”高价代购机票的事实。同时，刘某当场出具《悔过书》，积极主动协商，取得申请执行人谅解，双方达成执行和解协议，约定在2023年12月31日前履行全部案款。</p></section><section
